The client wished to convert their 70 sqm apartment to an open space loft with one private bedroom. In turn, the architect proposed to cover an outdoor hidden terrace partly inaccessible.
The first gesture was to demolish the internal partitions to create a vast open space and ensures that direct sunlight reaches the loft all day long.
Playing in a subversive manner with the numerous constraints, the architects yielded a unique project. Simple and modest, Loft 11 residence offers nonetheless a rich spatial experience with generous and luminous spaces.
